Welcome to the Windsor Terrace HDFC Cooperative's website!

Windsor Terrace HDFC is an income-qualified NYC-underwritten housing cooperative in the Windsor Terrace section of Brooklyn, New York, just south of Park Slope.
Our seven buildings, comprising 52 apartments, were gut-rehabbed and opened in 1983.

Co-ops like Windsor Terrace have been around since the 1930s, providing affordable housing to individuals and families of low and moderate income. In this day of skyrocketing rents and property values, income-limited affordable housing is for many of us the only way we can afford to go on living in New York City.

Our apartment sales, when they occur, are usually done privately, so information about these will generally not be available here; check with local real-estate firms if you are interested.

However, sales are income-regulated, and family sizes are also taken into account. Click here to see the most recent income maximums for purchase (these change every Spring when HUD updates information about Area Median Incomes).
